Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel offers renovated rooms with nice furnishings and a wonderful smell, featuring a complimentary minibar with soft drinks replenished daily. However, the rooms lack views and face an old building. The service is enthusiastic and helpful, except for a slight decline in friendliness during check-out. The location is outstanding, near the cathedral, red carpet festival stairs, and excellent dining options. The dining experience has very limited offers and high prices for basic items, but there are fresh bread, cheeses, and more included. The facilities are adequate.
My stay at the Five Seas Hotel was absolutely delightful! The room, though pricey at €600 a night, was modern and clean, boasting an amazing bathroom. It was perfect for me - spacious, with a lovely balcony, and equipped with all the amenities you'd expect from a top-notch 5-star hotel. The service, from the brilliant receptionist to the efficient concierge and reception staff, was exceptional, striking a perfect balance between friendliness and efficiency. The location was great, providing easy access to all the delights of Cannes and serving as a calm base in the South. As for the dining experience at Le ROOF, while the food was good, it could benefit from small touches like table cloths or cups and saucers. Overall, the Five Seas Hotel was wonderful with a few minor areas of improvement.
The hotel offers great proximity to the train traveling through Riviera towns, but the rooms were a bit small for the price charged, especially concerning child status accommodations. The service was professional and obliging, while the location near the Palais des Festivals et des Congres and the beach club access was a real highlight. Dining was delicious but could benefit from extended hours on weekends. Overall, a magical stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel rooms are modern, very comfortable, spacious, and nicely decorated; however, it was noisy. The service is very friendly and detailed. The location is excellent, close to the sea and Palais du Festival. The dining experience was mixed, with some tasty dishes but also disappointing elements. The facilities are well-appointed and add to the overall comfort of the stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely, with fantastic views and all the comfort of a 5-star hotel. The service was outstanding, making up for any shortcomings in the setting. The location was central with easy access to all the delights of Cannes. Dining was a highlight, accommodating even special requests with a smile. A great base in the South of France.
